Nadja heeft mijn leven gered. Zomer 2018. Ik had mijn ergste terugval in de anorexia ooit. Ik was er heel slecht aantoe en ik moest (weer) opgenomen worden in een eetstoorniskliniek. Ik was bang en voelde veel weerstand want hoe kón het dat ik na zoveel therapie, GGZ-psychologen en klinieken wéér zo’n terugval had? Ik was mijn vertrouwen in de reguliere zorg compleet verloren. Ineens kwam Nadja op mijn pad. Het voelde alsof er iets in mij “klikte”. Ik besloot te vertrouwen op mijn intuïtie en dwars tegen alle gangbare adviezen van de eetstoorniskliniek in besloot ik een ander pad te bewandelen: ik koos voor een heel intensief 1:1 behandeltraject bij Nadja. Hier begon de reis naar mezelf pas écht! Nadja leerde me dat gedachtes géén feiten waren en dat de manier waarop ik met mezelf communiceer bepaald hoe ik me voel. Ik leerde om de schijnveiligheid van de anorexia te ontmaskeren waardoor ik (voor het eerst sinds 20 jaar!) alle illusies van het aankomen recht in de ogen keek waardoor ik stapje voor stapje een gezonde relatie met mezelf leerde opbouwen. Wat ik nu ervaar is zoveel meer innerlijke rust, vertrouwen en vrijheid. Dank je wel lieve Nadja voor alles wat ik van je geleerd heb.

Na al meerdere vormen van therapie te hebben gevolgd kwam ik op een punt waarop ik dacht; heel fijn dat ik dit nu allemaal te weet ben gekomen en beter een plek kan geven, maar hoe nu verder? Hoe ga ik nu ineens anders reageren op situaties of mensen? Kon iemand me maar de tools geven om dat te doen?

Via een instagram post kwam ik bij de podcast van Nadja terecht. Na die tijd was ik nieuwsgierig geworden wie zij nou eigenlijk verder was en kwam op haar site terecht. 

Haar persoonlijke verhaal greep me ontzettend aan. Vooral het punt wat ze net zo omschreef als waar ik tegenaan liep: hoe nu verder? 

Ik heb bij Nadja de 1:1 sessie gevolgd voor 3 maanden. Ik kan toch echt wel zeggen dat dit de beste keuze ooit is geweest en zo goed paste bij waar ik nou eigenlijk naar opzoek was. Veel momenten waren pijnlijk en kwamen er ontzettend veel tranen naar boven. Dit maakte het zeker niet altijd makkelijk, maar absoluut helend! Ik ben tot veel inzichten gekomen, in deze relatief korte periode, waar ik Nadja enorm dankbaar voor ben. Het is voor mij nu een kwestie van deze inzichten toepassen in de praktijk. Helaas is dat geen switch die je in 1x omzet, maar dit gaat stap voor stap. De eerste stapjes zijn al gemaakt en weet zeker dat de stapjes steeds groter en makkelijker zullen worden. Bedankt Nadja! Ik had me geen betere coach kunnen wensen!

Nadja is voor mij de coach geweest die mijn ogen letterlijk heeft geopend. Door op een liefdevolle manier -en zonder oordeel- gesprekken te voeren over mijn verleden, mezelf en mijn doelen kon ik mij veilig voelen en mij openstellen. Hierdoor heb ik met haar aan mijn blokkades, trauma’s en zelfbeeld kunnen werken. Het was (en is) een pittig proces, maar Nadja hielp bij elke stap. Door met Nadja te werken kon ik alle oude dingen die mij niet meer dienen in de ogen kijken en loslaten. Samen met Nadja heb ik de basis gelegd voor zelfliefde en daar ben ik haar erg dankbaar voor.

I AM ENOUGH. 3 powerful words that I now say to myself daily and believe it. This is all thanks for Nadja! When I met Nadja I was in the middle of the marathon journey of my recovery. I’d been through a lot; rehab, pyschologists, courses, counsellors etc. You name it, I’d done it. Yet despite all this, I still didn’t believe I was ENOUGH. Beginning of November I decided to fly to Bali as a start of an inner journey. Little did I know that I would find my true self again! Thanks to Nadja, I re-connected with myself again. As I worked 80 hours (or more) a week I was always on-the-go and always looking for what I should do next, in the future. I used to DO yoga, DO my meditation and found myself in conflict often as I actually didn’t have the time for it. During our sessions I learned to embrace and recognise what IS. I had the most incredible experience with Nadja I had been struggling with myself for a while and wasn’t very happy with my life and I knew something had to change. I wanted to work on myself but hesitated because I do not see myself as a spiritual person but after some research I discovered mindfulness was actually quite down to earth. When I started my coachings sessions with Nadja I was completely over worked and my life was ruled by my endless to-do list. I was working insane hours, tried to be there for everyone and completely forgot myself. I was running on automatic pilot and my ‘have to’s’ and ‘should’ where at that point more important than my health or well being. I realise now how close I was to a burn-out and the coaching sessions saved me. When I came back I followed my heart and started my own hair salon. Since I passed 25, I felt a little stuck in my life. I didn’t liked my job anymore and I was questioning myself if Amsterdam – and al its hastiness – still was the place for me. I was willing to work on some needed self growth, in order to get my mind more clear. And there Nadja appeared. I find it difficult to put into words how much Nadja has helped me. I have struggled with various mental health conditions for over a decade and have seen several counsellors/psychologists over the years. I went through a really rough year and decided to travel on my own to give myself a break and leave everything behind for a while.When I met Nadja I was sad, exhausted en saw everything in a negative light. Thanks to her this slowly changed and I started to feel better about myself and about everything around me. Nadja is someone that knows what she is talking about. She is a licensed coach and has a lot of experience. I felt immediately comfortable with her and felt like she understood me. The summer of 2016 I started my education at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute which I was so excited about. How, ever a few months I started to have health complaints, I started to get panic attacks and ended up in hospital. I was so perfectionistic and set the bar so high that I burned out. After my mother passed away in July 2015, I was desperately looking for things that I could do to take away my sadness. As a result, I spent a year running around from place to place, while I actually had no idea why and for whom I was doing some of the things I did. I wasn’t giving myself the time and space to think about how I really felt, or what I really wanted in life.
When I met Nadja for the first time, I did not know what to expect, but I immediately felt that I came to the right place. Overall, I have become more focused, more stress-resistant, more self-confident and self-aware, all leading to the most important outcome: more happiness! I would recommend Nadja to anyone, and am certain that she can help at any point in your life.

 After I graduated from my studies a period started that I felt very down and unhappy. I felt like I had no goal in my life and didn’t know what to do with myself. I started my fulltime job but even then I always had a void within me that never seemed to leave. I was insecure and I kept engaging in unhealthy relationships over and over again. Overall, I am a very happy person and am happy with how my life is at the moment. However, a friend of mine who did coaching with Nadja recommended me to work with her and I got curious. I just went in open minded and to see what I could get out of it. It gave me many different insights and the meditations were so good! Being stuck in a depression, dealing with anxiety and panic attacks every day and feeling lost and unhappy with my life, I knew something had to change. I decided to do a great investment in myself and booked Nadja as my coach. This was the start of my inner journey and little did I know it was going to be a life changing experience! I had absolutely no idea of what was going on in my unconscious and I was completely stuck, trying to be someone I am not, never felt really happy and always felt like I was never good enough, for anything.
